1. About these terms

2. Who may use the Site

3. Not professional advice

All content on the Site, numerology, astrology, kundli matching, panchang, muhurat, reports and chat, is provided for guidance, reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and it must never replace advice from a qualified professional. We make no claim about the scientific accuracy of astrology or numerology, and we do not guarantee any outcome, prediction or result.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@kismatastro.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Paid services and payments

Paid services (reports, answers, passes, live-chat minutes) are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not apply to a purchase you have already completed. Where payments are collected through a payment partner, that partner's terms also apply to the payment itself.

6. Digital delivery

Reports and paid answers are digital products delivered on the Site or by email. You acknowledge that delivery starts immediately after payment, which affects your cancellation rights as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Site or interfere with its operation; scrape, copy or republish our content without permission; upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material; or use the Site for anything illegal. We may remove content and limit access where these rules are broken.

8. AI-assisted features

Our live chat assistant is automated software. It works from scripted choices and astrology data and is not a human astrologer, counsellor or professional adviser. Do not rely on it for urgent, medical, legal or emotional matters; in an emergency, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, tools and reports are owned by us or our licensors. You may view content and download or print your own purchased reports for personal use. All other rights are reserved.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
