Vehicle Number Numerology

Curious what your car or bike number adds up to? Enter the registration to see its traditional root. Add your birth date for a mulank comparison; it does not say anything about the vehicle's safety.

How vehicle number numerology works

An Indian registration has three parts: state and district letters, a series, and the digit block. The traditional reading uses the digit block, usually the last four digits, added and reduced to one root. The root's planet gives the number its nature, and the friendly-number chart decides how it sits with your mulank.

Frequently asked questions

How is a vehicle number's numerology calculated?

Take the digits of the registration number, usually the four-digit part after the state and district letters, add them, and reduce to a single digit. For MH 12 AB 4388: 4+3+8+8 = 23 → 5. Some people include the district digits too; both readings are shown below when you enter the full number.

Which vehicle number is lucky for me?

A registration whose root matches a friendly number of your mulank (birth day number) is considered supportive. Enter your date of birth above to get a personal verdict.

Do letters in the registration count?

In the common Indian method, no, only the digits are added. The letters identify the state and series, and the digit block carries the vibration people read.

I already own the car. Can I change the number?

A numerology reading is not a reason to change a registration. A pairing outside the traditional friendly list does not make a vehicle unlucky or unsafe.

Does this work for two-wheelers too?

Yes. The calculation is identical for cars, bikes, scooters and commercial vehicles.
